Academic Qualification: I am a law graduate from King’s College London with specialisation in commercial and financial law.
Areas of Expertise: I always believe in abiding by law, and because of my personal interest, I pursued law as my career of choice. I have a strong foundation in the areas including corporate governance, international trade law, banking and finance regulation, and dispute resolution. My areas of expertise also include commercial contracts and transactions, international commercial law, intellectual property and business law, legal research and advisory.
Work Experience: My problem solving skills and practical legal insights make me the best person in handling law tasks, and I have been working as a lawyer since 2019. I also work as a freelance law expert providing guidance, suggestions and feedback in doing law assignments to law students. I am helping students in finding relevant case laws, applying them to their case problems, and also with providing feedback on how to improve their assignment.
Instruction Style: My instruction style is student centred and practical based, and I focus on bridging theoretical concepts with real world application.
